When you request a demo or subscribe to updates we store the details you submit — name, company, work email, phone, fleet size and message. When you create an account we store your email, name, company and a securely hashed password. We keep records of your plan and subscription. Our servers log standard technical data (IP address, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
To respond to demo requests, provide and bill the service, send the product updates you asked for, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with processors needed to run the service (e.g. hosting, payment processing) under appropriate agreements, and where required by law. Payment card data is handled by our payment provider — we never store card numbers.
Buying a plan provisions an account on the management platform (app.clinstallation.pt). Operational data you enter there (installations, equipment, tickets) is governed by the same principles and your service agreement.
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Email info@clinstallation.pt.
We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and a local preference for light/dark theme. No third-party advertising cookies.
